Jewels search string

Each modifier is found by the shortest piece of its in-game text, letters only, so it matches whatever value rolled: a piece that every tier of it shows (and its wording at the lowest roll, such as "Loads an additional bolt"), and that no other modifier here, no base's own line (implicits, granted skills) and no line every item shows (properties such as Monster Effectiveness, the description, the words of a rare or magic item's name) contains. When no such piece exists, the row says what else it finds or lights. The game's search box takes 50 characters.
