Item Mod Tier Checker
Paste an item copied in game with Ctrl+Alt+C. For every modifier you get its tier out of how many the base has, how high the roll is inside the tier, and the best tier the item level allows; for rare and magic items, how many prefixes and suffixes are open and what can still roll — checked against the modifier pools of all 1,543 base types. Patch 0.5.5, from the game files.
Nothing leaves your browser. Plain Ctrl+C works too, but the game then leaves out tiers, so they are estimated.

Good to know
- Items linked in chat copy without tiers even with Ctrl+Alt+C — copy from your inventory or stash.
- Desecrated, crafted (Verisium) and essence modifiers are not in the random pool, so they show the game's tier only.
- The game does not ship drop weights, so this checker cannot say how likely a tier is — only what can roll.
Questions
Hover the item and press Ctrl+C. Ctrl+Alt+C copies the advanced description, which adds each modifier's prefix or suffix, its name and its tier.
Tier 1 is the best version of that modifier the base can roll. Higher tier numbers are weaker and need a lower item level.
Each tier needs a minimum item level. An item level 81 item cannot roll a tier that needs item level 82.
