How it is counted
Tooltip DPS = average hit of each damage type × attacks per second, from the base type's damage and speed and the unique's local lines (added damage, % increased physical damage, % increased or reduced attack speed), at 20% quality, as the game shows it. The perfect rare is the base with the highest tier and roll of its damage prefixes and attack speed (how).
Assumptions
- Lines that depend on your character (per Strength, per Block, % of mana, conversions, "less Attack Damage") are listed under the name but not counted.
- Weapon damage only: a unique's special effect is often worth more than its DPS.
- Unique modifiers come from the Path of Building list.
